Exact dosed transdermal

Wondering if it would be possible to use tne in oil with DMSO to make exact dosed transdermal. Also would it even be possible to make transdermal with test already in injectable form curios to here any ideas

The powder would be ideal. I don't think the oil is going to be fun to deal with.

Just trying to use what's on had while traveling figured I could prob use the water based tne but not sure about the oil based tne
