Hey guys,
Matt hooked me up with a bottle of the new Smolder! Looking forward to seeing what it can do. I'm already decently lean and running a bunch of SNS/CEL stuff which I actually logging currently.
This log is going to be soley on what I notice from Smolder. I will be applying to my stomach and obliques. The write up was very cool to read and I'm liking that burning isn't its main mechanism anymore lol. Don't get me wrong, I ran Eviscerate+ back in the day to net that extra little bit of fat loss, endured the torture for the greater good, but not having to feel like I'm on fire is a huge plus.
By the time it arrived, I was only able to get one application on today. I did it prior to my push workout. It dispersed from the pump easily and went on extremely easy with no leftover residue or little clumps like some topicals tend to do. It dried super fast and didn't have any nasty smell to it.
Workout went great. My strength has been climbing, endurance increasing, and bodyweight generally staying the same while dropping some body fat. Recomping is the ultimate goal but depending on where I am once summer starts up, I may have to drop calories a bit more aggressively and turn it into a cut. I want to dethrone what I consider my best physique of all time which was last summer, mid July.
