I headed back to China and picked up a second load...Which I am trying to drop off again. Haha.

I fell apart in December. There was cheesecake involved. It was good times.

I started a new log too - I mentioned you in it, so you should have been notified...Been wondering where you are. Haha

Gimme the link to your new blog.

BTW, since Thanksgiving through the first week of January, I didn't watch what I ate AT ALL.

I only did two things to mitigate the damage:

1) Limited my mornings and afternoons to protein shakes, and pre-intra, post drinks.

2) Tried to avoid eating past the point of satisfaction.

I also continued working out (M W F Tu Th), but the last 4 to 6 weeks were mostly shoulder rehab.

I didn't gain a pound through all that. And mid January, I actually started losing again.

I attribute that to having an eating style that wasn't crazy, thus my body didn't overract during the holiday enjoyments.

However, I readily admit, my eating style DID stall out my weight loss for like 2 months, so it's not an "ideal" way of eating.

Still, it was nice to drop from a high of 267 to 240 and stay there for 2 months while enjoying my eating and not gaining 10 to 15 pounds back.

Haha, I know man. You got the long game. I still have the long game too...But I am also interested in the short game. Something like a PSMF isn't sustainable forever....But it gets the job done.

I have an update coming. This week actually went sideways on me and I hate making excuses...But I think some of my testing has shown me some things and I am about to revamp my training again after trying 6 day a week workouts.

Chest Day.

Decided to try something different:

Everything had 4 count negatives. Low rest period between sets, where possible -- essentially, just long enough to change the weight. But, I did rest when I was feeling sick, sore, or weak.

Anyone get headaches during their routine?

What do you make of me feeling the lifts in my shoulders rather than the chest muscles?

Nice workout volume!
feeling it more in shoulder front than chest
My guess: You are curving your chest in, stick it out throughout the movement and it hits chest.

No, I'm pretty sure I stick it out. I'll pay more attention to it next time to confirm.

I've started a new thread to document my final 20 pounds of weight loss.
