Any issues with females taking this? Specifically any interactions with birth control?

Is there anything to look out for when taking this for a few days? We obviously will be drinking plenty of water and eating correctly. Any side effects good or bad besides the water loss that any of you have experienced with those or any of the ingredients themselves?

I'd personally never experienced any sides with it other than some mild burping after taking it.

Are you planning on running 6 caps a day for 5 days? I usually dosed morning and night but not sure dosing matters

Yeah that's about how I was planning. 3 caps with my first meal and 3 caps with my last meal.

As long as you don't take any potassium sparing medications you should be fine.
