Evomuse BMP Dosing

Just got BMP in from DPS today, nothing on the bottle indicates it is version 2, is ther any way to confirm that?

My main questions though, I plan to take 2 caps with 2 meals a day. However, on weekends I usually only eat once a day. Do I take 4 caps with that meal, or 2 earlier in the day with no food?

The first version was available in powder only. If you have caps u have version 2. BMP is just as effective taken without food. Make sure to dose pre workout fasted or not. And yes split the dosings. Good luck and have fun!

First version had caps. The powder came after. V1 caps were out probably in 2015. OP, you have version 2. Nobody still has any version 1 left. Also, split the dose. 2 and 2, regardless of food.
