Hey everyone I’m a 36 year old male. Iv not ever been much into health/training but that’s all changed now. I was 123kg and just under 6f I was fairly over weight. Reclentyiv worked off down to 88kg. I’m fairly happy with that result and thats with nothing but diet change and proper hours sleep. Mostly done cardio bit of boxing etc. now Iv got some oral supplements because it’s my first time using any kind of form so I wanted to take it steady. I have sr-9009, LGD-4033, PCTclomid and something called nano-CIAL performance. See I know what they’re all for individually. What I wanted to ask if should I bother using any of them, some of them, one with another? Or just go in a different direction all together? I know I sound bit clueless but iv looked around the net and haven’t found a straight answer for my question so I guess I’ll ask it my self. Appreciate any opinions or suggestions.
One last thing I’m trying to achieve as much results to lean up with in 3 months before my wedding.

How long have you been working out and eating better?

One important thing is that the items that you listed are not supplements, they are drugs.

I had never seen or heard of that website before you posted this, but a quick glance at it is very concerning because they try to represent SARM's, peptides, and research chemicals as safe and side effect free and that is an outright lie.

I'm very personal choice and believe its up to the individual to decide what they put in their own body, but that's if they're given the proper information and its absolutely terrible that that website goes out of their way to try to represent these things as safe and without side effects.

Also, their name implies that they are some type of 'clinic' as in medical facility, yet there is nothing on their website that provides any information on that; which is further deceiving to consumers.

Thank you for your post, you’re 100% right.
I realise now I’m a sucker. I ordered them about 9 or 10 months back. When I got them I thought dodgy because they just came in a padded bag with a one sided business card, no instructions or directions at all and the only info I could find on them was as off their sight. And a few other forms have had mixed reviews on exactly same company products. Iv been lighting loosing the weight over about 7 months. Because I do mostly cardio and eat next to nothing like I used to theirs no definition. A point in the right direction would be much appreciated so I can research new avenues. I think I’ll chuck these things in the bin. Thanks for the help

You're very welcome. I'm glad to help. I'm sorry that that happened to you.

When it comes to definition, that's really getting leaner but having enough muscle to show the definition rather than losing muscle and just appearing lean or skinny. I hope that makes sense.

Are you weight training now?

The reason I ask is that I want to make the correct suggestions for you.

For example, if weight training and the goal is to build muscle and lose fat at the same time, I would suggest Recomp20..

For fat loss in general, Lean Edge is my favorite overall fat loss product.

Lean Edge + Recomp20 is a great stack, and if you want to add another great fat loss product to it, Thermo Scorch is a great option.

Here are links to the write ups on them:

Lean Edge and Recomp20 are both out of stock on the direct site, but should be back in very soon. I'd also be glad to see if I could find a retailer for you that ships to your location.

I can't stand people who say SARMS are safe and side effect free. I've tried a couple over the years. LGD + Ostarine + Rad 140. LGD gave me dreadful anxiety that lasted a good week + after a quit them. Ostarine I never noticed much. Rad 140 made my hair fall out in clumps. I would never touch a sarm again. I see them mentioned on YouTube all the time. People saying their side effect free and pack on pounds of mass. Lies

I think they will eventually phase out. A few influencers are now starting to warn people about them. They say sarms are the sweepings off the floor lol
