Just got my hands on a new tub of Evogen Nutritions EVP Extreme, which was released last week. Pretty solid pre workout I must say.

Good profile, lots of beneficial ingredients and a nice dose of stims with solid pump. Anyone here want to chime in on what they think about it? I really enjoy the focus I get from this one.

This is my first post on the forum btw. Nice to meet you guys.

Citrulline is underdosed.
Creatine is underdosed
Beta-Alanine is underdosed
Leucine is underdosed (should be 3g for MPS Stimulation)
Prop Blend on the focus matrix

for all of these underdosed ingredients you get 350mg per scoop of caffeine, You would need a stim bomb for some of the ingredients to reach their potential, and it also has Y, which a lot of people do not respond well to.
Pretty lackluster to some of the others out there I would opt for (Re1gn, Dymatize Pre, C4 Ultimate, Pre-Kaged, and if you can handle DMAA MesoMorph) to name a few.

I'd agree with Solution on this. For the price you can do a lot better. If this was 25-30 dollars a tub I'd say that its on par with most mainstream preworkouts. But for 50 bucks I'd expect study level doses of everything.

stop. The reason hany produces elite physiques is from drugs and enhanced supplements. Not an overpriced pre-workout that is underdosed in almost every aspect and contains a prop blends. So how much of the focus aspect are you really getting? Nobody knows, so for all we know they are pixie dusted.

For $50 this is just as bad as the 24k from Gamma Labs. You are better off buying a better pre-workout on the market, hell you can get 2 tubs of a great pre-workout for cheaper then this, that has higher doses and will be more effective. You are buying the name brand, you are not buying a complete pre-workout.

This is far from "Extreme" because it lacks adequate and clinically studied doses. Sure this may be "Extreme" but it also has Yohimbine which puts people into hospitals and gives very bad side effects to a lot of people who take it. This wont suit very well to a lot of people on the market who can't tolerate it.
 
Yea wouldn't buy it personally if someone sent it to me to log .. I'd add in about 4 grams of l-citrulline and maybe another gram of beta alanine.. all in all way overpriced. If you want a more rounded IMO pre workout pre kaged... if you want dmha --kraken....dmaa--mesomorph
 
Agreed with others above. And like said if you want dmaa and a good profile pre workout i'd check out mesomorph.
 
Hey guys thanks for the replies. I think the Pre is pretty good gotta admit vascularity and focus is on point when I take it.

But I'm always looking to try new ones that I haven't before. How is the one from USPlabs? I like their pricing and their pre looks pretty solid. Solution can you give me your opinion on their pre and also their Whey protein? How does it compare to PEScience Select?

USP Is more of a triple isolate while PES is a blend. Both are fantastic and great products. Plus you can get both at a very affordable rate.
USP Modern Pre is fantastic because 1) Open label and 2) higher doses

BUT the modern pre has a higher dose of beta-alanine, citrulline, and also has a small aspect of Carb10 to help with providing a bit of energy for your workout. Clearly a better product and also MUCH more cost effective. If you do have any questions borobulker and USPlabsRep could chime in.

Either way.. You are looking at a much better and affordable product. not to mention USP labs has ridiculous sales and pricing on their products.

Yes I believe that my next purchase for Protein and Pre workout will be USPlabs. I like to have fun with this sport when I can trying new products that are of high quality! I love how USPLabs gives you so much bang for your buck. Thanks for the contact information Solution!

Thank you. What flavor do you recommend? I love adding protein to my oatmeal in the morning! I'm leaning towards the Cinnamon Stix but wanted to see what you recommend.

Vanilla is one of the best vanilla's on the market, and it is extremely versatile. CCS is fantastic (Caramel), and it really gives you the flavoring of a dark and rich caramel (think the filling of a twix)

Yes for some reason Cinnamon was on my mind as I typed that last post. I see that its caramel which is great! I think I'll more than likely order the Vanilla just because I Love to cook with Whey. Maybe I'll buy two tubs, one of the caramel and then Vanilla :)

then head to their website and check out my recipes on there. They are super delicious and almost all of the members on here can vouch for them who have tried them. I have shipped my stuff across the US for people to beta-test and nobody has said a bad thing about them yet.

As of right now I have Select by PEScience. Do you have any recipes you could share that you have used with Peanut Butter Cookie and Snickerdoodle whey?
 
Solution, Saturday is my high carb day. I'm gonna make Snickerdoodle cookies for my 8 hour car ride and let you know what recipe I came up with. Going out of town for business so I will need something good to snack on! :)
 
Homemade pancakes made with old fashioned oats, peanut butter cookie Whey, almond butter, ground roasted cinnamon and fresh strawberries. No flour required.
