Evo Mass 10 week log

Ok people, started this stack 3 weeks ago and decided to log it. Due to time constraints, I may only be able to update once or twice a week but will give some honest input. My stats:

6'2" range from 190-215, 36 years old. Been lifting and supplementing for right at 20 years. Although a huge student of the game, various injuries and issues have made for inconsistent lifting during this time. I've been on my best run working out this year since the late 90's and probably best shape of my life.
Running this cycle exactly as ALRI recommends. At the start of this bulk routine, I switched to a 4 day split P/RR/S method, I've always made my best gains on either a 3 or 4 days split alternating HIT style with mid-high rep range. No other supplements taken during this cycle (to get a true test of the products) other than AST multi plus Whey protein.

Before starting this cycle, I had been off of everything due to my wife and I having a baby..so supplements and minimal maintenance workouts for about 6 weeks. Due to lots of time in the hospital (almost 2 weeks straight) my weight had dropped about 10 pounds. I knew the weight would come back pretty quick so any initial pop would not be solely due to ALRI products but the type of gains or speed of gain may be different.
Any other questions, feel free to ask.

Week 1 on JW:
Being burned by the supplement industry for 2 decades, I was immediately impressed by 2 things. Full body tightness and massive gym pumps started around day 3. Pumps in the gym were huge and about 1/2 of that pump stayed with me 24 hours a day. Very nice. I went from 193 to 197 (20% bodyfat per scale) during this week. No surprise as I was getting back into full lift mode with proper diet but the gains came on quicker than normal and also a leaner look. Actually pretty blown away by the results. No sides except extremely dry/dehydrated even with increasing my already large water consumption. This finally normalized by the end of the week.

Week 2 on JW: Bodyweight unchanged, pumps even better, body looking a bit bigger in the mirror. It's the fullness and also starting to see an increase in vascularity. No sides, extremely happy so far being so early in and seeing changes.

Week 3 on JW and BAM: Bodyweight dropped to 196 and fat came down 2% to 18%. The most amazing thing is that due to a very sick baby, I had many nights with only 2-3 hours of sleep and ate horribly, would not have been surprised to drop 3-4 pounds (I shed weight very quick and have seen that happen in a week too many times) although in the mirror, it looks like I am over 200. The pumps are even better, vasularity really starting to pop now. Muscles full even relaxed, full and tight. And this with such poor nutrition and recovery. Muscle soreness is kicking in much sooner than normal and a bit more intense but goes away faster too. Lifts are good, not great, due to lack of rest. We finally got some better medicine for the baby so I should be back on a more normalized routine which should help the gains. No sides except my knees are really sore all the time. The combination of size/definition is already blowing me away. Really surprised at how well this is going so far.

I'll be updating this sometime on the weekend and see how it continues.
