listen to this man. read up and when you get confused, serch for the answers, and even if you dont find the exact answer your looking for you will learn other stuff in the process. asking specific questions when you really cant understand something is good but trying to teach yourself via research is the best way to go about learning this kind of stuff. theres no one correct way to do a cycle, everyone has their own opinions on how they like to run cycles/pct protocol so its best to learn in order to find what you think is best. dont get me wrong though, the form is for asking questions, its just that most people arent inclined to spell everything out for someone who hasnt put in much effort. good luck to you bro.
thats just it, who determines whats right and whats wrong or whats good and whats bad. its very subjective and varies greatly between individuals. learn the facts, but create your own opinions, then ask what others think of your opinions just to get an outside perspective....and then eat a grilled chicken boob lol :sly:
at 127 lbs (if that's actually how much you weigh) then you sir need to do a lot more eating. if you say you are a hard gainer i will e-punch you lol. nothing irks me than when someone says they are a hard gainer, and they only weigh 130 or 140. EATTTT. and the eat some more. at 130lbs a ph or steriod is the last thing you need. cause all the gains you possibly make will be lost once you come off because you obviously dont eat enough.
if you do in fact eat enough (do the calculations for maintenance cals, then add about 1000) and you still aren't gaining then cut out cardio or something. if you still dont gain, i would suggest seeing a doctor cause a close friend had this problem and it turned out he had some serious complications with is intestines not absorbing nutrients, so he actually was a hard gainer.
