I currently take 5,000 IU Vit. D and 10mg Boron for everyday testosterone support. What else can be taken year around without cycling for optimal test levels?

Id cycle on and off boron personally

Zinc is always good

I also use 500/250 gaba l dopa 3-4x a week respectively (general overall neurotransmitter support which may aid livido)

K2 is always a nice addition

Id start with those and coconut oil just because yum
 
A decent multi, proper fat intake, and enough sleep.

Its basically about not being deficient in anything, more so than taking extra of something IMO
 
Cycle support by Iron Labs is a pretty good product IMO. Covers a lot of what you need.
I also take a lot of fish oil. About 25mg of DHEA a day. And some niacin and vitamin D before bed.
I have a hard time with E2 so I will down some extra zinc as needed.

Oleuropin might help Invalid Link Removed but it might be a possibility that cycling this might be best as well I'm not sure.
 
2 tbls coconut oil daily, and Vitamin Shoppe brand boron.
 
Viron would fit perfectly here. 250mg of TA and 10mg of boron per cap. I would cycle it 5/2 or 4/3 weekly.

Hard compound movements in the gym. Go big and your body will start making more man juice. Squats, DLs, Bent Rows, Bench, Pull Ups, Standing Press, etc.

Sure but what affect does dbol have on your hpta? Especially in the long run and at a low dose.

How much zinc should I dose? Also, Zinc sulfate fine? I was taking zinc sulfate for a while.

You have some insomnia with zmas, I did for some odd reason. Maybe a rare side effect.
