Are there any supplements aside from protein, multi-vitamins and essential fatty acid supplements that are good to take everyday?
For example a powder that contains, beta alanine, creatine, icariin etc and no stims. Like an all arounder that offers more than your base of protein, creatine and a multi-vitamin/multi-mineral.
Any input would be awesome.
 
There are plenty of antioxidants in my diet and in my vitamins.
I guess what i'm asking is if there are any basic supplements besides for example beta alanine and creatine that can be cycled year round?
 
Some kind of liver support for general health. I take Purus Labs Organ Shield as a diet staple every day. First thing when I wake up.

BCAA's, i love xtend, endurance is great...its kind of pricey but i only take 5-6 scoops over the recommended 8

Cant go wrong with joint supports either
 
Has anybody used EAA's for during workouts? They can be purchased in bulk for fairly cheap. I was thinking about mixing some with gatorade.
