So, I was wonderign what are the current most useful daily supplements for long term fatloss (3 months+)

Reas I ask is i pop a lot of pills daily from fish oils to multis, so adding a few fatloss items would be useful

Thinking at the moment bulk CLA / ECGC (green tea) / L-carnitine

Thoughts? CLA probably not standing so strong these days...

Here's a a few additional non-stim supps that could be taken for 3 months....

Rasberry Keytones

I'm going to be doing a reduce Xt run again since I have had a ton of success with it in the past. I would look to add that to some RK500 extreme for a killer stack.

I would add some type of fat burner. CLA is useless IMO. Green Tea Extract is good, but it must be dosed pretty high. I like LCLT, but for recovery, not fat loss. Raspberry ketones are a nice touch though. Why not run a fat burner for 8 weeks, take 4 weeks off and then repeat? There are many great options out there. Epitome, Lean PhD and OxyMax XT are good options. If a singular product, look into F95. Forskolin is probaly the best single ingredient to use during a cut.

OxyMax XT contains a full dose of F95. What is great about the ingredient is its ability to raise cAMP levels. Increased cAMP will increase thyroid function and will also help users create lean mass and decrease fat. I will link some good articles below. Additionally, OyMax XT contains N-Phenethyl Dimethylamine which helps improve focus and helps give users a euphoric feeling. The increased sense of well being can be noticed from the very first dose. Beta-Phenylethylamine also increases a person's sense of well being and increases lipolyosis, fat loss. It is hard to beat all of that. Raspberry Ketones with all that would be nice. If you're going to cut for that long, I cannot stress how important it is to help keep positive and level headed and the boost in well being will definitely aid in that.

Personally I have never had any luck with Raspberry Ketones and research has shown they must be dosed fairly high (2-5 grams) to have any effect on body comp but I certainly do not speak for anyone else. Here is what has worked for me in the past (along with a clean diet and exercise)

Try these supplements (they are in no particular order) or find a product that has these supplements in it.

1) Forskolin - 50 mg per day of pure forskolin (most products are 10-20% forskolin extract). Take for 12 weeks then cycle off.
2) Fish Oil - make sure you are getting at least 1.5 g of EPA/DHA
3) Caffeine - 400 mg spread over 2 doses
4) Green Tea Extract - (make sure you are getting 250-500 mg EGCG daily)
5) Fucoxathin (Brown Seaweed Extract)** - 8-10 mg of actual fucoxathin (most products are not 100% so check label).

**This is a supplement that does not have a lot of research behind it yet but the one human study they did produced excellent results (look it up). Research has shown you have to take it for 5-6 weeks for it to build up in your system and provide any fat loss benefits. I would suggest taking it for 16 weeks to maximize results.

The above post by AntM1564 also has some great information. Lots on forskolin. Click on those links and read up.

This would be your best bet for something that has a ton of data on it, is non-stim, and can be taken for long periods of time. I'd heed mondata's advice and go for a trademarked 95% extract, like Invalid Link Removed. It's one of the only non-stim "fat burning" supps I've ever noticed actual body composition effects with. You can grab it for 25% off with AM5 on nutriverse.
