Not too one up you(guy at work is a religious one upper so I feel obligated to say that lol I hate that guy) but I stopped doing it after a traumatic nose hair trimmer experience lol I got one stuck in my nose once.

I pull mine all the time. Use tweezers you can get more out at one time and go deep.

Yeah, and the important thing is to pull as fast as possible. The faster you rip em out, the less it hurts
