This site always works, the best I've found is the TvCaston - channel 1

Stream I won't even connect for me... Shows a cannot connect screen... Tv caston isn't too bad but I'm on a42 inch monitor
 
Flash 1 was alright looking, i'm watching on a 32. Can't complain much it's free. StreamI you gotta close all the ads and then wait until they play that stupid little 30 second video then it should start up. Flash 1 though is decent
