Evaluate my cousins test levels please

My cousin is having serious problems with his erection. He's never taken a cycle of anything and is only 22 years old. I talked him into getting a blood test but his doctor claims everything is normal. I'm going to post the numbers here so you experts can tell us whats wrong:

PROLACTION 58.05
SEX HORMONE BIND GLOB 67.50
TESTOSTERONE 66.80
TSH 52.20
