They were both drunk and apparently the MMA guy had been picking on the power lifter saying that having big muscles doesn't win fights, etc.
Once the power lifter had enough of that, they stepped outside to settle the argument. The bar security let them do it, since to them it looked mutually agreed upon. They failed to stop the fight once Andrey was out cold, it appears, from hitting his head on the pavement. The MMA people are saying that the other guy just went into full auto and finished his opponent as if in a cage fight.. One f..ed up situation
