What are some ways to lower estrogen I was given estrogen externally for years unwillingly and unknowingly.I went to my family doc and asked him to run the test but he refused cause all my other test were normal.Is there a way to get tested for high estrogen without going to a doc.And what are some ways to treat it without going to a doc.I am a 20 year old male I take 50 mg zinc picolinate 2 mg copper 2 times a day for a AI.I recently put on some extra weight and felt horrible I was having hot flashes and brain fog till I dropped the weight so I know my E2 is high.
