estrogen control

I've read a lot of opinions on this. The question is, if your test levels are above normal range do you still want estrogen in the normal range or is it ok to have it higher if no sides are present?

Just had bw done on 250mg test e per week m/th with .25mg adex on shot days and results were
Total t 1380
E2 45
The test was done Thursday morning before my shot or Dex.
 
You are going to get a lot of varying opinions on this one :)

I usually wait till I get sides before I do anything. Usually get sides around 200+mg per week. OTC estrogen control works for me
 
You will halt gainz with the more anti estros you take. I take them when my bp is getting high, water retention is to much, my nipps are getting sensitive or I'm getting fat. Other than that I try to back off them as much as I can. I try not to over due the ai because it kills my sex drive as well.
 
I'll update this and say I dropped my dose to 150mg and did blood work again no ai.

Test was 931 3 days post shot
E2 was 60
Prolacton was 30

So my estrogen and prolactin are linked and I aromatize heavily.

So I'm on .25mg adex on shot days per the blood work above and will retest in a month or two.
