It was suggested to me by a lady from a local supplement store to use with 1-AD I bought years ago. I didn't really notice anything from doing the 2 together, I know it's for Estrogen maintenance from the literature I had. It was pretty expensive then, not sure if that has changed. Seems to be so many other things that are better these days.
