estradiol high mid cycle

i've been doing a cycle with 300 mg test e and just got my bloodwork done in 8 week. I weren't using any ai during the whole cycle and my estradiol came back at 66 ( max 39). I just went to the pharmacy and bought anastrozole 1 mg 30 caps and i would like some help on how to dosage it properly. I've never used any ai, should i frontload to drop the estradiol quicker?

When test is higher then normal it's ok to have more estro, do you have high estro sides? If not then let it be
