hi guys! i am 6'0 205pounds at 18%bodyfat! i just started my cycle: 500mg test + 50 mg var 1-4weeks test+winny50mg 4-8 and test+masteron propably for 8-12! i do 1hour cardio on empty stomach at the morning and 0.5hour jump rope before sleep! i am on low carb diet approx: 250 protein 125 carb 70-80fat! my goal is 8-10% bodyfat do you think this is achievable in this 12week period given i follow my cardio and nutrition strict?
 
sorry guys of course i do weights 5 or 6 times a week i just focused on the fat loss aspect and i forgot to mention it :D
 
If you’re lifting hard, doing liss cardio, tracking macros, and keeping protein high while in a caloric deficit, you will win.
