Anyway, in reference to your weight--->It's not changing, but how do you look in the mirror in comparison to when you started?
badass. got a 4-pack most of the time as opposed to a no-pack.
yeah im not too concerned about weight now that I repped 90's.
Swam a little less than a half mile today, about 25 mins solid swimming. Shoulder and lats felt a little sore from yesterday and I want to have some left in the tank for the rest of the week.
Ate a massive 12" sub and some junk from subway as my post workout meal.
I havent done high volume in a long time, so this is a welcome change. I was doing 3 sets of 5 reps with heavy ass weights on most exercises before, which gave me a really nice 1rm but not much aesthetic-wise.
