Ergonine as a post WO?

I work out in the mornings and freakin nanoberry is a freakin chore to choke down as a pre, it's way too sweet. Can I use my regular pre and save the ergonine later when it is easier to drink?
 
E9 is primarily a saturation supplement and most of its benefits will be had regardless of when you take it. It has a few extra acute benefits for other scenarios (HICA most useful when fasted, LCLT has some extra benefits pre-, I believe), but they're secondary to the main purpose of the package.

That would be my suggestion. Depending on your current pre-workout, you could just addd it to that.
 
Ok, that helps. I really don't have time to drink it in the morning because of the sweetness but I'm a firm believer in the ingredients. That's perfect.

Drink half pre and the other half intra.

Or half intra and half post.

I like both of these, and as everyone else already covered, the main purpose is the saturation, so as long as you are getting the full dose daily, you are getting the performance benefits.

Sorry to hear it was sweet in the morning, and again, echoing what others have said we do have a flavorless option just for this purpose now, so when you need to re stock that will be an option. If you go the route Kbayne suggested that also allows you to mix with something else to dilute the flavor if needed.
 
I mix my E9 with soy lecithin granules upon rising. Which is a hour before workout. I think it dilutes some of the sweetness and never had a problem.
