ergomax-tylenol PM

I am going to start a cycle of the original ergomax-do you think it would be too much on my liver If I took Tylenol PM before bed? It seems every time I hit the gym I get really tight and sore and have to result to taking tylenol PM or resulting to smoking chronic to get to sleep. I wish I could go without either but I just seem to toss and turn without. any help is appreciated. thanks

what else could they recommend besides ibuprofen? I could stop the tylenol pm but I would not sleep nearly as sound. I know a lot of you must be having a similar problem. The way I train -there is no getting around becoming sore and tight. You guys cant tell me everybody on cycle trains balls-to-the-walls and goes home in no pain or without ridiculous painful pumps and just sleeps it off with no aspirin or tylenol.
 
5-htp works for me. try gaba or zma even melatonins ok.
i wouldn't take Tylenol PM more than once a week. my fav is gaba and
5-htp works everytime. and if your that sore everytime you workout
your overtraining i thinks.

I would accept his advice, acetominiphen isn't something I want to run very often.
 
Avoid the tylenol...its really tough on the liver. Just get the sleep aid that comes with the PM. It's called Diphenyldramine HCL...works wonders.
