ERGOMAX quick question.....

I am taking the ergomax @ 20mg/day (10mg morning/10mg night). This is what i take in the morning around 7am:

multivitamin
vitamin e
vitamin c
fish oil (2)
ergomax (10mg)
NAC (600mg)

I am just curious if i should be takin the ergomax and NAC by itself or is it ok to take all this at one time? Just wondering if there is any problems with these pills fighting over receptors, etc......im pretty sure its ok to take them all at the same time, but just want to make sure.

p.s. ergomax log will follow also

I don't see why taking them together should be a problem. In fact I remember at least one PH product that included NAC in its mix. It was called MD201 - 1MG of Mdien & 200MGs of NAC.
 
ok, thanks colkurtz....i was pretty sure it was perfectly fine, just wanted to verify that. Thanks alot
