Never used erase pro but it came with the insider. It should not be ran immediately after alpha max correct?

I would take some time off after running alphamax before running erase pro. I've used both and they are great at providing noticeable body comp changes, although erase pro took a little longer to show (noticed effects around 3 weeks).

Like kbayne and chuck box suggested, do not use them without a break in between each other.
