Erase for 2 months, then what?

Bottle says to take for 2 months max. So what's a person on natty test boosters to do after that? Also, Erase is said to be hard on joints and I have tennis elbow. Hurts like hell now but not sure if it's from the erase or me not completely resting it. Are there any highly recommended AIs that dont dry out joints?

Thanks for your suggestions!

Just lower your dose of erase....

8 weeks is a generic recommendation we make on our supplements.

The dry joints is a potential side effect of any strong aromatase inhibitor.

What Ben said.

I also have joint issues at 3 caps of erase.....2 /day is the perfect dose for me.

It's usually good to give your body a break after a few months of playing with your hormones. There's a law of diminishing returns here. Your body gets used to it, adjusts itself to expect it, then you don't get as much out of it. That's why 2 months is recommended. Take a 4 week break or so, then start back up if you like.

This. Just as they're recommending running erase for 2 months max, most test boosters come with a similar recommendation. After awhile your body just becomes desensitized to the compound and downregs your test a bit. If you plan on giving erase a rest, I'd taper off of the test boosters maybe 1-2 weeks before tapering off the erase.

Once you've taken a short break, you should find they're more effective.
