Erase/ Endosurge/ DAA Stack with EC stack--> critique

I decided to run a natty stack before trying any PHs, and after a lot of research I settled on Erase/Endosurge/DAA. I couldn't find anyone who ran this stack concurrently with the EC stack, so I figured I'd give it a try, so long as someone on this board who knows more than me doesn't object. For the record I have run EC stack several times and respond pretty well to it. Anyway, I'll get straight to the point.

Question:
Do I need anything else?
Should I take something out?
Is my timing okay with everything?
Any other advice?

Ok several things (not too bad a lay out already though).

1) Is this the older Erase (Arimistane)? If so then dosing is fine (starting low then going up if you can to 3 caps), if it is the newer version just jump straight to 3 caps right at the start. Timing of the Erase doses don't matter too much, so you don't have to split up your doses if you don't want to (just consistently dosing it is the key).
2) Drop the Fish Oil post workout (you don't want to take an anti-inflammatory like EFAs during that time) and move the Forskolin to pre-workout with the EC (Invalid Link Removed).
3) Make sure to take the EC stack away from food (so not with your meal at 12, but at least 30 minutes prior).
4) The CLA isn't something I would use.
5) You could probably get away with lowered dosing of the creatine and even probably be fine if you only took one of your 3g doses.
5) Is this for a cut (assuming due to EC use)? That'll help answer other questions on the combinations.

Thanks for the awesome advise, i've revised the schedule, please let me know what you think. And to answer your questions:

1)No, it's the new erase. So I may just adjust my schedule to take all 75mg upon waking up.
2) I like to take 3-4g of FIsh oil so i just moved the last dose to before bed, is that okay? Approx 3-4hrs post-workout? I also moved the second Forskohlin to pre-workout. Great advice and read!
3) I've taken EC before and never noticed a difference w/ or w/o food. But it's easy enough to take it 30 min prior so that is a change I will make.
4) I already have the CLA, will it do any harm in the dosing I have planned. Or do you recommend I save it until after these stack?
5)Okay, I changed it to just 5g creating pre. I feel a difference at 5g range and though I've never tried 3gs to see, since its cheap I think I will just move it to 5g pre.
5)Yes, this is for a cut. I would like to maintain/slighlty increase strength, while dropping considerable body fat.

NUTRITION:
My BMR has been measured at approx. 2400 calories since its a cut I will aim for approx. 2000 calories so:
2000 calories
250g Protein (50%)
100g Carbs (20%) my weight loss historically slows considerably once I go over 150g carbs
67g Fat (30%)
1.5-2 gallons of water per day

I have a fairly 'Physical" job so I burn a bit during my 8-5. Plus I run outdoor 5k 2-3x a week and Treadmill HIIT 2-3x's a week.

Any advise or critique on this welcome as well.

Thanks again for all the advice thus far.

Thanks for giving EndoSurge a try. I think you will really like it.

What is your weight? I might have missed it.

You didn't miss it, I didn't put it in, but current I'm 262. In the last 8yrs I've been all over the spectrum from 308 "sloppy" as hell, to 212 and fairly "cut". Up and down multiple times, and I know how unhealthy it is but my body is naturaly heavy and I gain weight super easy. It is what it is.

Currently, I've been on a super slow cut from 302 staring last May 2014. I've had some slip ups where life has got in the way and I've Plateaued a few times. (Mainly holidays) I aim for roughly 2-3lbs a week with EC stack cycling, diet, lifting, and lots of trail running w/ my dog.

My goal from these 8wks is to switch from the lifting 12-15 rep range to the 4-8 rep range to gain/maintain stength and size while upping my cardio now that the weather is changing and I can run outside again.

I'm hoping between busy season at work, diet, lifting, and increased cardio that I can aim for 3-4lbs a week and get to roughly 230-235 range by May to make my yearly goal of 70lbs down.

I used to lose 70lbs in 3-4months and then gain back the following year, I'm hoping this slower and more patient cut will lead to sustained results. And the fact that I drink 10% as much as I used too may help too....

Glad to hear that you're going with a much healthier plan. That's a pretty large fluctuation in a short amount of time. Have you considered running a log on here? It can help keep you on track and get feedback when trying to work through plateaus.

Set up looks better now! Use the CLA if you have it I just wouldn't buy more in the future.

New erase should be a great fit though with it's effects on fat loss.

I also like the slower approach you are looking to stick to. The calories seem low at first to me, but best of luck!

You gave great advice last time, anything I should add in? take out? DO any doses need to be increased or decreased? Does any timing need to be adjusted?

Last time I ran this back in March w/o alphamine I lost approx 15lbs in 8 weeks, but more impressively were the strength increases I saw with a calorie deficit and low carbs. Taine a similar nutrition approach again this time. Supps have been ordered and will be starting in the next few days. As always, all input is appreciated.

Also I know you said I could take all 75mg of erase in a.m but for some reason I felt like my sleep quality increased when taking that last 25mg at night, could be in my head, but if it doesn't hurt, ill stick with it. If you firmly believe I should take all 75mg upon wakening I will.

You may want to look into Alphamax as it contains Divanill and L-DOPA jsut like Endosurge but also contains 75mg Arimistane just like Erase. As well it also contains ZMA so wouldnt be a need for that either. You could realistically cover all the bases your going after with Alphamax + DAA, its definitely worth looking into!

Considering your success last time and the similarity here I think you have everything set up great. Two things pop in mind though:
1) Careful combining Alphamine and E. We don't recommend the combination, so if you use it please try low doses first.
2) I'd take my fish oil with my meals not before.

Enjoy!

Dang I'll have to follow this and see how it goes! It looks like you're going to get good results!

First day of training (Back/Bi/Cardio) with Alphamine and High Volume and good lawwwwwd they're serious about the clean energy/focus and insane pumps. Just trying these products out to get a feel for them before starting Erase/Endosurge/Ephedrine. I'm on one of my higher rep weeks (12-15) so lifting part of training can last upward to 1:45-2:00 hours on these weeks, plus 45-60min cardio at the end, full energy/focus/pump through out the full 2:30hr session. Even at 247lbs I had some upper extremity vasculature popping through. Anyway, I did notice that the pump was gone by they time I got home, that is a long session, however the product states hours on hours of pump, so we will see how that goes over time. It says the longer you use the product the longer your pumps last. But I was more then satisfied at this point.

Anyway no complaints, just a quick question for bolt10 about taurine. I've always taken at least 3G of taurine pre as I've read multiple posts of mr.cooper recommending this... But with both High Volume pre and Amino Iv intra containing prop amounts of taurine, should I adjust my staple intake while
On this cycle? Is there such thing as too much taurine? Lol

Also my blue frost High Valume came today and it's more of little blue pebbles then powder? Is this normal, it mixed okay as I have a scale so I just measured it this way since there was a lot of space left in the scoop when full. 2 full scoops of the pebbles only yielded 2/3 of the grams it was supposed too.

Anyway thanks in advance

I'd say High Volume and Amino IV would have you covered for Taurine needs around your workout, I personally don't feel the need to dose any extra, but if you did it would be unlikely to cause any negative effects.

The glycerol can sometimes form pebbles like that due to it loving to absorb moisture. I'd just make sure to shake around the tub before use (to break up any clumps and evenly distribute it) and if worried just measure it on the scale if you want to make sure you are getting the exact amount you want. Product should be still effective though. :)

Hey gmm0412,
Sorry for the late reply, but I agree with what bolt has said as usual. It looks like you have a good plan, but definitely be careful combining Alphamine with E. Alphamine is plenty effective on it's own.

Yeah it's been about week now with erase/alphamine/high volume/Amino Iv and things have been going pretty well. Already noticing the dryness from erase dosed at 75mg 8am and vasculatrity from high volume, even at approx 245lbs . I haven't felt the need to introduce the E yet. I find it works better for me to take one scoop of alphamine at 8am and then 2 scoops pre-workout at approx 3-4pm. When i was only doing 1 scoop pre i noticed i needed a little more stim after a long day of work.

One thing I have noticed which I will atribute to the Amino IV is the increased volume and decreased soreness following 24-48hrs. I got a free 10 seving sample when i ordered more amino IV so i introduced an extra scoop post workout accompanying my 2 scoops intra, and I feel like its making a lot of difference. So post workout I just pound down a scoop of amino iv and then my postworkout shake and postworkout meal. I'm guessing here idk.

Endosurge just came in the mail yesterday so i took first two doses yesterday and two so far today, obviously not feeling any difference yet.

I will be doing weight bi-weekly an measurements monthly..strength max (sort of) at begging and end.

I've also noticed the amazing appetite suppressant by the alphamine and decided i might as well introduce intermittent fasting, because why not? It's literally that easy with this stuff. So i eat my post-workout meal roughly between 7-8pm and then don't eat again until 12pm lunch the next day. I started this about 4 days ago and will try to keep it up the remaining 7weeks of the cycle. As long as my schedule maintains consistent I don't see any problem wit this, I have no urge or time to eat in the morning after my dose of alphamine. Also important to mention I eat under 2100 calories a day with relatively low carbs between 75-125grams/day and protein at roughly 225-275grams/day.

If anyone has any advice on anything here I am all ears. But so far Erase/Alphamine/High Volume has been a pleasure to use. Intermittent fasting has been easy. Hopefully the Endosurge Turbo will add to this and I can see some weight loss and strength gain again like last time. I know a ot of people say it can't be done eating at a deficit, but i did it last time and see no reason I vcant do it again
