Erase during PCT for HDROL?

Just wondering what the proper time to start Erase during PCT is and what dosages to use/taper down to during what weeks..my PCT is 20/20/10/10 of Nolva after my 6 week Hdrol cycle.

Some threads say to start erase the first day of PCT, and some say to start it the 3rd week of PCT, im guessing due to its cortisol control benefits.

Also, some say to run it 3/3/3/3, and some say to taper it 3/3/2/2/1/1

Which one is right? 1st day of PCT or 3rd week of PCT?

3/3/3/3? or 3/3/2/2/1/1?

You will probably get a different answer from most people. I prefer the 3rd week of PCT.

they say to start it week 3 so you dont destroy your estrogen while your test is bouncing back. if youre using a legit serm, youll be protected from gyno. if you rush your estrogen though from the get go, youre setting yourself up for rebound estro

I too am going to be running my first cycle and using Hdrol...I have CEL Cycle assist which i am preloading and will use all the way through PCT, CEL PCT Assist to use in PCT, and Liquid Nolva for PCT. Is an AI such as erase needed, or do you think I'll be okay on the estro front? I have no problem adding erase into the mix for PCT but I have Crohn's Disease (been in remission for over a year) so I wanna play it safe and keep my first cycle as minimal as possible.
