Epozine-o2 cant take with Glutamine Help!
Hey guys, i just recently got an epozine-o2 with a really big discount..
i was just wondering if i shud refrain completely from glutamine. THing is, im not really familiar of what food products has high amounts of glutamine.
yesterday i bought an Animal Snak, without reading the back before buying it. Then i saw in the 'other ingredients' it say it contains glutamine, but doesnt say how much..
Epozine-o2 says not to consume more that 10g of glutamine / day. So im not sure if i should take the Animal Snak protein bar or not..
