Epistane VS H-drol

Which gave you better gains?

I see tons of people having great results with epistane. However, I just ran a cycle and had lackluster results compared to my numerous hdrol cycles.. Hdrol gave me better strength and weight gains. I will not run epi again.

epi dosages were 20/30/30/40 gained 3 lbs
hdrol dosages were 50/75/75/50 average gain of 10lbs per cycle.

Go with hdrol 75mg ed works great for me. Thats what I voted for. :thumbsup:

Ditto, I will probably run Epi again but in a stack. For a solo cycle I think H-Drol is superior.

BTW< that is a low dose for your epi cycle... I didnt see any results until I ran it in the 40-50mg/day range
 
I'm running a 6 week pulse of both compounds now. 1 week and a half in so far and nothing to report as of yet other than about 3lbs in weight. But I've ran H-drol in the past and loved it, so decided to stack it with Havoc this time.

Planning running Havoc 30/30/30/40/40/40
H-drol 75mg throughout

Let us know how it works. By week 2 you should be getting some effect of the havoc and the H-drol outa hit at 3
 
I'm thinking 75mg H-drol for 4 weeks, i know everyone is going to tell me to run it longer but i'm trying out shorter 4 week cycles for both cutting and bulking, i'm actually gaining AND losing better as cutting primes you for bulking and bulking primes you for bulking, makes sense :)
 
Wow... I get good results with 30mgs of Epi. I never seen a need for higher than 40 really.

FOG on here didn't get to much outta Halo until it hit about the 150 mark if I remember correctly.... he actually went up to 250.

Seems like epi is very hit or miss. I swung and missed big time.:lol:

250mg of any of todays ph/ds is totally irresponsible.

I remember that log. wasn't he also staking epi and 11oxo on top of that at unheard of dosages too? F.O.G. seems like a good guy. I hope he was alright after that. I wouldn't recommend anyone do what FOG did, but damn it was fun to read.

I think that sounds like a good plan. the second time i did hdrol I did 75mg for 4 weeks. I gained 11 pounds and went from 8.5%bf to 7.5%bf. You will have to buy two bottles to run it at 75mg ed so you will have some left over if you do want to extend it for another week. You don't have to though. good luck.

Are you going to be logging this? I would be interested to see how it works out for ya.

Where can I get the H-Drol? Who makes it??
Obviously not Gaspari Halodrol right?

Just a little update on my 6 week pulse of Havoc and H-drol. I am 3 weeks in and have gained 5lbs so far. Strength is now becoming apparent. I began with 30mg of Havoc and 75mg of H-drol (EOD) and will now be bumping the Havoc to 40mg. So far so good in regards to side effects with only lower back pain to report.
