I have used all 3 compounds. 1-ad didnt do anything for me even at 600 mgs a day even though i upped my calorie intake and worked out hard. Epistane pulse definitely was not worth it either, I pulsed for 8 weeks EOD at 40 mgs per day and gained 6 pounds which 90 percent was fat gain also. i think epistane should be taken straight for an entire month which is what im thinkin of doing next. M1-t and 4 test was insane, quite possibly the best gains i have ever seen. 18 lbs in 4 weeks strength went up ex: 80 pounds for 5 reps flat dumbell press to 100 pounds for 15 reps 4 sets. plus incline was 75 for 6 went to 100 for 15 reps for 4 sets and i leg pressed 10 plates on each side leg press machine. it was the best prohormone out there and i still think its the king in my opinion
