Epistane - USAPL & UPA Controlled ????

Is Epistane on the banned list for powerlifting associations (USAPL or UPA) or has it been added to the Anabolic Steroid Control Act. If not, and if you were tested at a powerlifting meet would you fail the drug test.

I am almost certain you would. Epistane is on the WADA ban list starting in January 2009, and USAPL is also affiliated with WADA through the IPF.
 
When will the ban be enforced or is it official already? I'd like to know when to stock up. I'm guessing Havoc, E-Stane, and the others would be gone as well?
 
I don't see it on WADA's 2009 list. Doesn't mean it's not there... just that my tired eyes don't see it right now.
