don't taper off, just start at 30-40mg and taper up to your maximum dosage (40-60mg, depending on experience/personal preference)
if you wanna be on the cautious side you could just stick to 40mg for 6 weeks or increase to 50mg on the last 2

i'm currently doing that second layout. if you're more experienced or maybe don't respond as well you could do something like:
40/40/50/50/60/60
my recommendation is to play around a little bit and see what works best for you, just don't go above 60mg or longer than 6 weeks. and remember, you won't REALLY start noticing the effects until week 3
