Epistane Question-1st time use

One of my good friends recently took epistane and got pretty good results from it, so I was gona try a cycle.
This is what I bought and my question is When and How will I use each supplement:
epistane
Cycle Support
Multi Vitamin
PCT from anabolic innovations
Lean Extreme
5 tubs of protein (syntha 6)
Glutamine

Looks like your on the right track. Check out the supplement logs and you'll find the answers your looking for. You'll probably learn somethings along the way too.

Do some searches on epistane and/or havoc and you'll find plenty. If you have any questions after that just post them up...the more detailed the better (like dosages and such).
