During my pct, how many grams of DAA should I take a day? and when I take my inhibit E it says a serving size is 3 capsules so should I take all 3 at once or spread them throughout the day

3 grams of daa is what you need. I would split the Inhibit E into 3 doses personally

Yates has you covered. 3g daa and I agree split dosage so you're getting that inhibit e in your system 3 times a day instead of once.
