epistane pct question

good afternoon ,i have 2 more wks on a epistane cycle 20/30/30/40.. have tamox for pct 20/20/10/10 ,also daa 3 grams per day which i will start right upon finishing cycle . i also have erase which per recommendation here i am starting on the third wk of pct . i also have titanium xl my question is when should i start taking the titanium as part of the pct . also what is the reasoning behind waiting 2 to 3 wks to start the erase. thank you all for you imput.

erase is a AI. Serms block estrogen at the receptor but raise serum estrogen levels. So its not really necessary to begin using it til wk 2 or 3 of pct.

start the titanium on day 1 or day 15 of pct. you can really start using it anytime during pct but day 1/15 are the two most popular times to start
