I have nolavdex on hand in case of a gyno flare up and I am opting for a non SERM PCT (no need to flame). I did epistane at around 30/30/40/40/40 and gains were decent at best. Maybe 6 pounds of legit muscle weight. I am shocked cause my diet was spot on and so was my training but w/e, thats besides the point.
Week 1: 6-oxo 600mg
Week 2: 6-oxo 500mg
Week 3: 6-oxo 200mg
Week 4: 6-oxo 100mg
Week 1: Post Cycle Support 5 Caps
Week 2: Post Cycle Support 4 Caps
Week 3: Post Cycle Support 4 Caps
Week 4: Post Cycle Support 3 Caps
I will also be taking SizeOn Creatine, Tribulus and Cycle Support to detox my body. I have a few questions:
1.) I have Retain2 at 45 caps which is good for 2 weeks. Should I add it in on the first day in my PCT or at the 3 week mark?
2.) To Elimiate bloat in my face and body I will take Dandelion root at 2 GRAMS a day and 200mg of caffiene. I am also taking 6-oxo which is an AI and that should help reduce bloat. What else do you guys think I can do because bloating is my biggest concern! I am drinking lots of water and reduce sodium.
