Epistane PCT first time help

Hello new to the boards but been reading around a lot on here and got info overloaded. I'm running IBE epi 20/30/40/40/40 I think I need some help with the PCT. The local shop here recommends kickstart rx from AMMO to everybody for PCT. It is 100mg formestane and 50mg androst-3,5dien-7,17-dione.

This is all I have for PCT. But after reading around seems like everyone is recommending a SERM? From what I understand that would be nolva, torem, or clomid. Do I just order one of these and trust it's what I need? Any recommended dosages? And is just a SERM good enough as a stand alone or will the kickstart rx be of some help also?

1st, dont bother with anything below 40mg of epi, its a waste of time. esp since you are 200lb. Next the local guy has his head in his a$$ or just doesnt know what hes talking about.

for your serm:
nolva 20/20/10/10 or clomid 50/50/25/25
Natural T booster: HCGenerate, phytoserms 347, sustain alpha
AI: forma stanzol (it has 100mg formestane as the main ingredient)

this will have you back in no time, you will not get any estrogen rebound, will keep pretty much all of your gains. Adding 3g's of DAA will only help you recover faster and help libido.
