Guys need some help . Ive been working out for awhile and I want to add some muscle. I am 6'1" 176 lbs and I work out 4 to 5 days a week. I have never taken any pro hormones ,hgh, steriods or anything like that.( I take supplements and my protein shakes) I am new to this and have been reading a lot. I have read positve results on both of these items and wanted to know which one you think would be best for a beginner. Also I do not want to get gyno ( im terrifed of that) so if I need to take anything while on either of these please let me know. Also do I need to take anything before or after I start taking one of these. Im wanting to try and gain 15 to 20 lbs or so. your help would be greatly appreciated.I do have a small amount of love handles I would love to get rid of. Please advise?? Cardio cardio cardio I do that next is diet I know. Which one of these might help me in that area as well
