i thought epistane was supposed to be taken on an empty stomach, because it is not a typical hormone and fat does not aide its absorption. but recently i've been reading that it is beneficial to take it with meals and grape fruit juice (which i'm assuming to inhibit cp450 system). is this the way to go?? also does taking it with grape fruit juice increase its hepatotoxcity??
