Epistane minimal results help!

So I am in week 5 of my havoc cycle,and am seeing a lack of results.

I ran it at 40/40/60/70.

Should I dose higher and order another bottle, or possibly bridge?

I started at 215.5, and I'm about 218 now. Bench max has gone up about 5 lbs. Only result I am relatively happy with is increased vascularity. My diet is solid! 300 g pro ~300 carbs 100 g fat a day. Have nolva erase and some other goodies for pct. Please help.
 
Dan bro 60 and 70mg epi!!! Ppls get great result with only 40mg...maybe you got bunk havoc bro.
 
U did it wrong by dosing that high....
I'm not sure why I didn't get results.

Post how u lift and what u eat daily.... Maybe a pro can help.
 
I was reading on PHF that people who are non responders, just need to up the dose.
I've done superdrol, good weight gain, little size or strength.
My workout is as follows
Mon:Chest and tris. 18 sets to failure on all
Tues:Back and bis
Wed:rest
Thurs:shoulders
Friday:legs
Sat:Rest or repeat
 
Diet: Breakfast 8 egg whites whole why toast with pb
Snack:almonds and apple
Snack:protein bar
Lunch:2chicken whole wht sandwiches with almonds
Snack:at least 10oz chicken breast with complex carb of some sort
Dinner:10 oz ground chicken or turkey with spinach
PW: 50 g whey in water with whole wt toast with pb and jelly. Almonds
Snack:almonds and milk
Drink milk with almost every meal..

18 sets to failure? i've been training for years and i do 1 set to failure with a drop set(sometimes) and 1 compound exercise per bodypart. i just weighed and i'm 210lbs at 5'9 and i'm on nothing but food. i'm not fat either. too much volume.
i've heard the new havoc sux. underdosed.

I started my 2nd week of epi today. I've read that epi users start to see results in the 3rd, 4th and sometimes 5th week. That's why it's recommended to run a 6wk cycle of epi.

Then again there are just non-responders. I hope it gets better!
 
Usually 15-18 sets. I am young (22) and on a Steroid. I did not think it was much volume.
I make gains with 15 sets to failure, without anabolics. So should i stack, or up my dose?
 
Don't up the dose, you're only inviting more sides. Just finish up your cycle, run a proper post cycle, and go from there. No sense in fuking your body up just cause you're not seeing massive gains.
 
Epi is a mild compound, and even when on gear you can overtrain.
