i'll help you. i usually workout at night so my dosing would be: 1 with breakfast about 730; 1 at about 130-2 about lunch time; and then 2 a half hour before lifting it gives real nice pumps. u can break it up however u want. u could do a dose every 4-5 hours or something like that. the half life on the compound is i believe 8 hours.
