Epistane Dosing Question

I am a 24 yr. old with plenty of PH experience. I am currently in my 3rd week of Epistane and I am running it at 40 mg/day.

I am 6 ft & 200lbs.

I originally planned on running 40mg for 4-5 weeks. However, I was recently considering bumping up the dosage to 50 mg/day for the remainder.

I have been getting decent results with the 40mg/day thus far, but was hoping for a bit more. I haven't experienced any side effects whatsoever. Therefore, I figured it may be worth it.

I definitely want to hear some feedback before I do anything impulsively.

I would appreciate some advice from experienced Epistane & PH users.

Also, in case you're wondering, I have all my PCT ready to rock 'n roll. And yes, I am using a SERM in my PCT.

yea...that's what i'm thinking

i'm probably gonna bump it to 50mg/day tomorrow and keep it at that dose for the remaining 2 weeks.
 
i am definitely seeing & feeling positive results @ 40 mg/day, but it's nothing special....mostly a better pump and slight strength & endurance increase.

Due to the "gentleness" of Epistane, I'm going to try out the 50 mg/day and see where it takes me.

I probably wouldn't even consider upping the dose if I wasn't an experienced PH user.

Up it to 50mg IMO, if sides come then you can always knock it back down.

I just finished a cycle of Epistane...had excellent results and definitely miss it. Question for you: How are you dosing? Spread out or 30mgs pre and 10 mg post?

I followed the directions at first and spread the dose out untill I read it was best to take 30 mgs about 1 1/2 hours pre workout and 10 mgs post! Mind U I did an EOD pulse. I found alot more intense results with the all at once method. I think U may find this way U don't need to go over 40mgs and anything more is a waste.

I'm currently spacing my doses throughout the day to keep a steady stream of it to keep more of it in my system.

I take 10 mg spaced over the course of the day except pre-workout, when i take 20mg about an hour before i lift.

Morning = 10mg

Mid-morning = 10mg

Afternoon = 10mg

Pre-workout/evening = 20 mg

***This is my typical pattern since i work during the day and lift in the evening. On the weekends, it varies pending on when I lift.

If i was pulsing, I probably would have done it like you and taken a big dose pre-workout.

I spread out the doses @ 1st like you then I read xtraflossy said take all at once...spreading out just didn't compare. I recommend you experiment & see what produces the best results for you. That's what they told me to do....you might be impressed. When i dosed all at once, my muscles were bursting & ripped. Everyone in the gym was staring, my skin felt like it was going to split...it was awsome..can't wait to do it again. Think I'm gonna pulse M-DROL next.
