Epistane dosing 20mg pills

Hello, I just started my epistane 4 week cycle 40/40/40/40 but i have 60 caps and each is 20mg so I need to take 2 pills/day. What is the best time of a day to take it? I usually workout around 4 pm. Yesterday was my first day of the cycle so I took first pill 2pm (2 hours before gym) and second pill 11pm (one hour before sleep). Is it ok to take it that way preworkout/prebed 9 hour apart or should I try 12 hour apart (10am/10pm)? Thanks

Yeah. If its not a quick acting compound (ie: Trest, Epiandro, Dbol, etc) then time of day doesn't matter too much. I always dose morning and night. Just to keep levels as even as possible.
 
Thanks. If it doesnt matter too much i will do 10am/10pm to keep levels as even as possible. My theory behind preworkout dosage was that I will make most out of my workout but I guess it doesnt matter
