So I have decided to do a 5 week cycle of Epistane starting 3/18/12 and after reading several blogs I feel more confused than informed. I'm 27 5' 10" and have been cutting since the new year began. Began at 185Lbs and set a goal of 170Lbs by 3/19/12. I currently weigh 173 LBS. I have begun to take Milk Thistle 1000 mg to prepare my liver and will take it post cycle in addition to Animal Flex joint support throught the cycle. What other things are necessary during and post cycle?
