Epistane Causing Constipation??

Alright this is my 1st PH cycle. I am on my 3rd day of this cycle of epistane which is going 30/30/30/40/40 and was wondering if Epistane could be causing this constipation. I am drinking a little under a gallon of water a day and my fiber intake has been relatively high.

STAT: Age:24
Weight:182
Height: 5'11
BF: 7-8 percent


Been training for about 6 years naturally.

Support Supps: Multivitamin, Fish oil, blockade cycle support, and taurine.

PCT= Nolva 40/40/20/20

On Day 5 of cycle now

Drink a gallon and half and write back and tell us what happens.. Also buy some Alpha Lipoic Acid and run it at 800 per day and see if it helps. Sometimes liver stress can solidify your poops but those two things should help

alright thanks guys. i guess i need to drink even more water then. other than that i have felt great so far on this cycle. I feel a little more solidness and better pumps.

At this point, the compound is pulling every bit of water it can into your muscles. So the more you drink the better your body works. This applies off cycle also
 
alright thats good to know. and i just took some milk of magnesium a couple of minutes ago and i am upping my water intake from here on out

do no take that my friend get mag. cit. caps local health food store start 500mg before retiring at night
 
Creatine constipates the f--- out of me no matter how much water I drink. I'd hate to see what epistane would do.

my grandmother used to feed to me the milk of magnesium after the big family meal she fix and my friend it is not a picnic
 
Man i am going to the gym in an hour to do back and bis and i hope this **** doesn't kick in at the gym. It said anywhere from half an hur to six hours so only time will tell.
 
Magnesium citrate, as mentions before, and if that doesn't help, u can try a product called
Cleanse more...( health food store) :)

lol by Renew Life I thought of recommending on that one but did no feel like getting an ear vfull of how cleanses no way to solve problems
 
It's probably from liver stress. If you want to boost magnesium try the oil. You spray it on your skin. Causes no diarrhea.
 
I think deadliftz is right. I have finally had normal bowel movements. My stools are also smaller.
 
It also turns out that I was shorting myself 1 pill of my cycle assist. I was only taking 2 instead of 3. Oops, glad i caught this mistake early.
 
I am also getting liv 52. amd why is blockade so bad? I have heard this from a few people now. I have only heard good stuff about it until now
