Epistane and Flonase?

Quick question (search returned nothing relevant). I'm in week 3 of my Epi cycle and my allergies have been taking a toll on me. Flonase helps me out immensely but I don't know if its ok to take with epistane since it is a steroid. Anyone have some insight?

flonase is a corticosteroid and will have minimal if any systemic effect, so no problems.

this....plus a point to remember is people stack steroids with steroids ontop of another steroids alot of the time lol.

When you notice small bumps all over your skin, that means stop taking Epi.
