Epistane 6 weeks Log

Hi All!

I'm logging my 6 week Epistane cycle, I've use it before, usually low sides and no BP increase.
My goal is lbm increase and no fat gain.
The cycle started on Sunday, I will do weekly updates.

Stats
Age - 43 years old
Height - 172cm (5'7)
Weight - 71Kg (156lbs)
Waist - 81.5cm (32'')

Cycle (Last cycle was Ostarine back in December)
Brawn Epistane 40mg
Pure Cycle Protect 3 caps

PCT
Nolva 20/20/10/10
SNS Reduce XT 1/2/2/2
DAA 3mg

Diet
Finishing a reverse diet, done after a cut
1st Week - 2300Kcals - 165p 210c 90f
Remaining time - 2400Kcals - 165p 225c 95f (Maintenance)
 
Thanks, time for a little update.

I'm on a reverse diet adding 100 kcals a week and was feeling a little bloated and full, after the first day that was gone and now I'm getting hungry before the meals. Weight gone down the first days and I think is related to that.
No sides to report, forgot to measure BP, will do it later today.

Day 2 - 70.6Kg - Back/Traps/Biceps/Abs
Day 3 - 70.5Kg - Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Day 4 - 71.3Kg - Light cardio 30min Treadmill incline walk
 
First week passed, weight is moving up.
I was extremely thirsty on the first days, but now it seems back to normal.
My BP is high 13/9, it's usually 12/6, I'll keep monitoring this.

BP is down, 13/7, feeling great, recovery increased and also noticing increase in strength.
Weight is moving up, 2Kg so far that's 4.4lbs, my waist is still the same 81.5cm.

Time for an update, I've been feeling bloated lately and with heartburn, I think it's the cycle assist, I'm stooping it for a couple of days to see how it goes.
Workouts have been great, increase in strength all over.
From my initial unbloated weight 70.5Kg, I'm up 3.8Kg (8.36lbs) after 3 weeks.
Waist is up a little, 82cm, that's +0.5cm (+0.2'')

Update, cycle going well, but I'm starting to get some sides.
During workouts I'm getting such intense pumps that it's actually painful and forces me to reduce volume.
One thing I forgot to mention before is libido, it was high on the first week, normal on 2nd and 3rd and a little down on the 4th week.
I'm close to 5Kg gain, no fat added, waist almost the same, I'm very happy with the results.
I decided to end the cycle early, gone finish the bottle and do 30 days only, I know I will get more sides from now on and gains will diminish, usually I get 2-3lbs on the last 2 weeks.

Crazy that you gained 11lbs in 4 weeks on Epistane. Usually doesn’t even kick in until week 3-4. You only raised your diet a 100 cals a week. Epistane must agree with you.

I took some phs several years ago, and Epi was the best, unfortunately I did several mistakes back then and lost almost everything.
This time I'm doing everything to hold maximum gains.

No weight gain in the last days, started PCT today.
I'm dosing reduce XT at 2 caps a day for 6 weeks, I had join problems in the past with cortisol blockers.
The cycle went very smoothly, nice gains in size and strength, no fat gain and no significant side effects.
I will be on maintenance calories throughout the PCT and until new year, I'm curious to see how much of these gains I will be holding.

I've been on vacations this last 2 weeks, not much time for updates.
Yesterday got back to work and it seems I was holding some water weight, was extremely thirsty and the weight dropped 2lbs next day.
The PCT runned smoothly, libido is good, but I'm getting a little disappointed with results.

Final thoughts

Weight remained around +2.8Kg which means 50% of the gains, for a 30 day cycle looks very good.
The PCT went smoothly, only issue I had was my BP, nolva raises my BP, was around 14/8.8, normal values are around 13/6.
Libido was low at the beginning, but started to raise fast and I was feeling pretty normal around week 3.
My waist remained on 82cm meaning all gains were lean.

I'm doing a slow cut next (-0.5/1lb a week), do you guys think it's ok to do it in 2 weeks or should I wait a couple of months and do a cutting cycle?
