Epistane/4 andro

Soo I was thinking of doing an 8 week 4 andro cycle with 4 weeks of epistane as a kicker. Any thoughts on this? Open to constructive criticism. I have clomid and exemestane on hand already. Wouldn't be starting cycle for a little bit either way.
 
Epistane takes 3 weeks to kick in for most people, and it is usually ran for 6 weeks. So a better idea would be Epistane and 4 andro together for 6 weeks. You would need 2 bottles of each to run at a decent dose.
 
OK cool. But most say that 4 takes almost that long to really kick in. Since two bottles of Sup3r 4 elite would last me 8 weeks, would it make sense to do the epistane for 6 weeks and just run the full 8 with the 4?

Yes, this is perfectly fine. If you want to try a different base you could go with Super DHEA. Sup3r 4 is stronger though and should have more conversion to test.
 
What would be a good dose for epistane? I have experience with real AAS (test/deca), and the old school prohormones (4ad, mag 10,etc) and then like I said most recently 1/4/epi and m1 alpha.

40-45 mg daily. If you wanna start lower and taper up then go with 30-45 mg.
 
I don't understand that "3-4" week kick in **** tbh...Epistane is an active steroid and pretty much begins working instantly. For me, I notice my results begin within days and they tend to plateau after 3-4 weeks. 4 weeks epistane is fine, 6 wouldn't hurt either, but honestly 4 is plenty for an oral
 
Right I was referring to the 4 andro which people say takes a few weeks to kick in. I would imagine the epistane would be a lot sooner than that. My thinking was that is get a kick from the epistane and go right from that into the sweet spot for the 4
 
Hey guys. So everything is ordered. Since I've been studying up on epistane (obviously), I have a few questions regarding the possible rebound gyno. I have exemestane for my ai. But since I will still be running 4 andro for a few weeks after I stop the epistane, how might that factor in. I realize it's probably a lot to do with me individually and what sides I may or may not experience, but should I run it after the epistane, and if so how long? Or wait until pct since I'll still be on the 4? And if so how would I incorporate it into my pct, stagger it with the clomid? Any help would be appreciated
 
You would use the exem in PCT if you feel symptoms of gyno, high estrogen side effects, dosing 12.5mg EOD for 4 weeks.
I have used epi before and have not had a need for an ai yet, so others who have can add their experience.
 
OK cool, so rebound estrogen issues are not necessarily definite here, and treat it how I would normally treat high estrogen issues

Do what sphinx says, only use the exem if you are having signs of gyno pop up. You can continue your cycle as proposed with the 4-andro going on past epi also if you prefer it that way.
 
If I do it would be low key like my last one, won't log lifts every day or anything but keep track of weight gain, strength increase, side effects, etc
 
Soo I got my epistane from a site you guys would probably know, in England. It's Epi5tane from Olympus UK, but there is no lot number or expiration date? Seems to be a super reliable site. Anyone have any insight on this?
